Why is my Roof Dirty – Stained and Black?
Many people think that this is mildew, but it actually is a form of algae. Roofs throughout America show what starts with streaks as the algae grows and eventually covers most of the roof.
Humid and Coastal climates create the most ideal conducive conditions for the algae growth.
